On 28 February 2026, twenty-five students from SAW Foundation proudly received official certificates of completion from Cambridge University Press & Assessment, marking the successful completion of a six-month English language enhancement program under the Higher Education Program (HEP).

This achievement was made possible through a strong partnership with Mobile Education Partnerships (MEP). MEP provided technical assistance, curriculum materials, and examination fees, while SAW Foundation coordinated student selection, classroom management, and daily program implementation. Out of 27 students initially enrolled and participating in monthly assessments, 6 students qualified for the PET exam and 19 for the KET exam. By the end of the program, 25 students successfully passed and received their certificates.

In addition, 16 teachers from various migrant learning centers also completed the training and were awarded certificates. We are incredibly proud of our students and teachers for their dedication and hard work. This milestone reflects our ongoing commitment to expanding educational opportunities and strengthening English proficiency for migrant youth
