On 16 April, the final day of the Songkran Festival in Thailand, children from the Safe House joined local celebrations alongside the Thai community. Dressed in traditional attire, they proudly took part in the parade, showcasing cultural beauty and joy.

On the same day, SAW Foundation also held a “Respect for Elders” ceremony, where young people paid their respects to senior staff and caregivers. They participated in traditional practices, including gently pouring water over the elders’ hands and feet, receiving words of wisdom, and offering sincere apologies for past mistakes—reflecting the values of gratitude, respect, and humility.
