SAW Foundation is proud to celebrate another important milestone in supporting young people to access higher education and build brighter futures. On June 10, 2026, ten students from the Higher Education Program (HEP) departed from Mae Sot to Bangkok to begin their studies at TGBC College. Filled with hope, determination, and aspirations for a better future, these students have taken a significant step toward achieving their educational and career goals.

TGBC College offers a unique program that combines education with career development. During their first year, students will pursue full-time studies, followed by part-time studies in their second year while gaining practical work experience. The college also assists students in securing stable employment opportunities, enabling them to support themselves financially while continuing their education.

On June 12, 2026, the new students received a warm welcome from the college director, teachers, and fellow students during the orientation program for the new academic year. They will pursue a range of academic and vocational disciplines designed to equip them with the knowledge and skills needed for successful and sustainable careers. Thanks to the generous support of individual donors from Japan, SAW Foundation has been able to send a total of 16 students to TGBC College this academic year. This life-changing opportunity will help these young people access higher education, develop professional skills, achieve greater self-reliance, and contribute positively to their communities. At SAW Foundation, we remain committed to empowering vulnerable youth through education and creating pathways to opportunity, dignity, and long-term success. We wish all of our students every success as they begin this exciting new chapter in their lives.
