Young women from SAW Foundation, Heavenly Home, and the Freedom Restoration Project (FRP) actively participated in a Women’s Health Workshop held on 23 March 2026. The session was conducted and facilitated by Colabora Birmania and Play Onside. Participants gained valuable knowledge on the menstrual cycle, female reproductive biology, personal hygiene, and self-care.
The workshop also provided accurate and practical information to help them take better care of their reproductive health. A total of 28 young women from SAW Foundation joined the workshop, contributing actively to discussions and activities. We extend our sincere thanks to Colabora Birmania and Play Onside for their excellent coordination and facilitation of this important initiative.
